You’ve definitely heard this a million times… but wow, you’re an active little boy!!
I swear, your legs must been two feet long. If I’m slouched at work, typing at my desk, you’re kicking me to remind me to sit up, since you have barely any room. (That’s sarcasm… you just hate when I have bad posture!)
We are at week 32 and I’m still not entirely sure how that’s possible because it feels like yesterday that we found out we were expecting…
You’re growing so much. It’s the coolest thing to watch my stomach move as you turn and kick and have your little dance parties. Not exactly sure what you’re doing in there but you aren’t wasting any time! I joke that I probably have bruises under my chest because your little legs just kick away.
It’s been a while since the morning sickness as the doctor gave me some new medicine and after a fight with the pharmacy and insurance company, we finally got it all sorted out for the most part! I have another doctor’s appointment today after work AND an ultrasound! Your dad and I can’t wait to see you again – this will be the last ultrasound, and so it’s the last time we’ll “see” you until your birthday.
So far, I’ve only gained about 10 pounds which is kind of normal, considering how sick I was for all those months… I’ve finally started eating and every morning I have frosted mini wheats and milk – it’s my FAVORITE. Usually, I’ll have it for dinner, too. Your dad thinks it’s the craziest thing but honestly, we both seem to enjoy it so I’m sticking with what works!
Our baby shower is planned for Sunday, November 13 and I’m so excited! We still need to finish your nursery, but the boys (your dad, your grandpas and your uncle Timmy, cousins Jason and Brian) put up new vinyl siding on the house and are working on the back deck! You’ll love our house, I promise. Ok, getting ready to go back to work now – love you!
xoxo,
mom
