Prunes & cravings

Last night I was CRAVING chocolate milk. A bit unusual, since milk in all forms has been a bit off limits. Your dad was a bit whiny but finally agreed that we should go into town – it was around 9pm. Thankfully, Publix was still open so we ran in for the most random selection of goodies – I bought lemons, chocolate milk AND yoo-hoos, bagels and cream cheese and some bread.

After all of the whining and headache over chocolate milk we get home and your dad pours the biggest glass of chocolate milk… and I had two sips. Turns out it wasn’t the best idea, but it sounded so good at the time!

Thankfully, he’s a big fan of sharing – especially when it comes to food or drinks – so it all worked out!

Today I met some friends for lunch and they gave me the sweetest book for you – Goodnight Moon. Can’t wait to see you in a few weeks at our next appointment! You’re making me SO sick every morning BUT it means you’re growing and for that, I’m very thankful. You’re the size of a prune now!

xoxo, mom.
